The Client, Tahir Saeed wanted a Villa that was homely yet interesting. He allowed us to play with spaces in a way which enabled us to create views looking both inward and outward. We achieved this by creating a internal courtyard which served as a spine of the Villa.

Apart from this the Villa has been designed quite spaciously. The juxtaposition of the wood columns with the brick wall and the paint finish are one of the salient features of the design.
